Agreement

By creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms. The platform is operated by ClickRush Media Ltd (Arch. Makariou III 195, Neocleous House, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Using the platform

• You are responsible for the campaigns, creatives and landing pages you run, and for complying with the laws of the GEOs you target.
• Prohibited content - including malware, illegal offers and deceptive creatives - is not permitted and may be removed without refund.
• Top-ups fund your advertising balance; campaign spend is drawn from that balance as your ads deliver.

Moderation

We review campaigns before they go live and may pause or reject any campaign that breaches these terms or our content rules. We aim to be fast and fair.

Intellectual property

All platform software, content and branding belong to ClickRush Media Ltd or its licensors. You keep ownership of the creatives and landing pages you upload.

No warranty & liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: hello@clickrush.media.
